The room was cold just after arrived even if I asked explicitly to keep it warm (it was late arrival time). The worst was that after my complaining about the cold room, the next day, we found in the room an "hanged pig" made with towels: in general they make a nice animal like a dog or a swan stand on the bed (that's very nice). This pig was hanged in a lamp and gaves the idea of gibbeted pig! Consider also that I was not alone but with my girlfriend. I'm not shure if it was done on purpose or just for stupid joke but really tasteless. For the rest the hotel was empty like. The room was small but nice and with clean sheets. Good view on the sea side. Good breakfast with waitress that allowed us to have breakfast even in the last minute.

I opted for a sea view apartment on the 4 floor is made ​​of two rooms, one bedroom and one with sofa and armchair. Youngest child will need baby cot that was made ​​available when we checked. We opted just for breakfast which was quite diverse, fresh, tasty and well organized. I can say that everything was fine. Pool too small for hotel capacity. The disgusting is that parking in front of the hotel is paid 30 lei / day and if you do not want to pay make available a free parking on the side of the hotel which is quite far and if you have luggage, you have something carried to the hotel. Recommend you review that policy with paid parking because so many tourists staying at this hotel have claimed that they will not return because of this. This attitude is not normal.

Mihai was especially helpful and courteous, a great member of your staff, you should hang onto him. We had to change rooms twice within the the first hour because the first two rooms did had non functioning components such as telephone and safe. The third room was great. I would have appreciated if everything was tested prior to arrival so we could have spent less time moving and more time relaxing.
