I submitted a comment card. As per the comment card, please note that internet facilities were insufficient (one computer in a four-star hotel!) and most of the day the internet station was occupied by unattended children playing games. More vegetarian choices are required in the restaurant in order to meet international standards. My room had ants running from the patio along the wall to the minibar. Also, there was a large dead insect left on the glass door between the ground and first floors in my building for the entire week (I'll bet it's still there two weeks later- go look!). On the plus side, as noted, my room was cleaned very thoroughly and promptly. Housekeeping should be commended.

I enjoyd my staying to this hotel , I,m satisfy, and I,ll come back next year for sure with my family. Thank you for all your service , was kind . M-as bucura daca ma tineti la curent cand vor fi reduceri sau oferte bune la preturile hotelului la vara in lunile iunie, iulie august. Va multumesc. O vara placuta in continuare. This was my second holiday spent in Mamaia at Golden Tulip. As usual, I was impressed by high quality of services and breakfast food. However, there are some points to be mentioned. Parking is not enaf and the beach is not under Golden Tulip administration. Where is aqua gym and yoga trainer?! Where are darts contests and nightly shows? Call back Roberto! :) Best regards, Dan
